The Cornerstone Leadership Academy was created in 2006 to "develop Christian servant leaders to accomplish Cornerstone's mission of enabling unchurched people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ"

The foundational class of the Cornerstone Leadership Academy is "Leadership 101". This intense all day class, taught with a variety of different styles, gives an thorough overview of the basics of Christian Servant Leadership. It focuses on your Spiritual Formation Plan, and your individual leadership development plan.

After taking this class, there are several individual classes offered throughout the year. Some of these classes include:

• Vision Casting – How to prevent the leak
• How to take care of yourself as a leader
• Forming teams
• Empowering those you lead
• Identifying and developing future leaders
